Compact kitchen has full sized appliances, all amenities, and adjoins the central space with main living and dining area combined. The couch folds down to a bed if you need to sleep a guest but the smaller space is most comfortable for a solo tenant or couple. The bathroom has a large walk in / sit down shower and storage space. The HVAC unit is exclusive for this In-Law and heats and cools well. Shared with main home are the laundry area, large backyard with fire pit, lots of shade and green grass, and a large chicken coop (currently vacant!) The home is new, very clean, and updated. The main home is rented by a friendly woman and her pre-teen twins and a cat - and has few shared walls.
All utilities are an additional set price of $100 per month (combined with the $1050 month rent = $1150 total monthly cost). The utilities are: hi speed Spectrum wifi, water, electric/gas, and trash. There is no cable or smart TV in the unit or included in utilities price.
