The large private driveway leads to a separate entry for this private oasis three minutes from Highway 40 and 10 minutes to downtown Asheville or Black Mountain. The single bedroom has a queen bed, desk space, and large walk in closet with dresser. Compact kitchen has full sized appliances, all amenities, and adjoins the central space with main living and dining area combined. The couch folds down to a bed if you need to sleep a guest but the smaller space is most comfortable for a solo tenant or couple. The bathroom has a large walk in / sit down shower and storage space. The HVAC unit is exclusive for this In-Law and heats and cools well.
