There are beautiful large steam radiators that are powered with efficient and cost effective natural gas. The unit has its own electric meter and natural gas meter. There is also an AC unit available in summer months. Large windows allow plenty of natural light in apartment but there are also existing shades for privacy. There is a basement with a washer and dryer and extra storage for skis or bikes. We take care of winter snow removal, salt and sand. BBQ, table and chairs in back garden or front garden.
