We include free Netflix and Hulu for every tv. Please note the deck overlooking the beach is accessed out the front door and is not a direct access onto the balcony. There is no private balcony. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $75 per pet per week fee. Washer and dryer are free and on the top floor of the building. This is not shared with anyone in the building.
