It's a spacious 2 bed, 1 bath duplex located near 13th street and Grand Avenue. Five minute drive from Iowa State Campus/Stadium, and close to North Grand Mall and Lincoln Way. Rent is $975 a month, Utilities like: gas, electric, water, garbage, and internet are paid separately. Big basement with in-unit washer and dryer. Detached One car garage and driveway included with a decent sized yard.
There is a $50 application fee as well as a $975 deposit fee. Pet friendly.
Since it is a sublease from December 15th - July 28th is our current lease. But if you wish to stay longer I can connect you with the property manager. They recommend you have renters insurance.
