The second floor features another bedroom with a queen bed, seating for two, and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. If you are traveling with a large vehicle, only one may fit without extending into the narrow street. Street parking is not available directly in front of the home, so guests will need to find nearby street parking or use paid public overnight parking. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 applies for accommodating one dog under 50 lbs, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
