There are several steps up from the ground level to the apartment level. Once inside, the tenant has a small kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator, full bath with large bathtub (NO STANDING SHOWER) bedroom and large living room. The living room is bright with several energy-efficient windows and lots of natural light. The unit is heated by vented natural gas heaters. There is a washer/dryer hook-up with appliances IN PLACE in the basement for the tenant's SOLE use. One off-street parking place is reserved for the unit. Storage is available in the basement. Residents are two blocks from the City parks, one block from the downtown district, two blocks from a grocery store, area churches, and all the wonderful programs, activities and events the downtown has to offer. The Allegheny River Trail is just three blocks away, with bicycle and boat access within 3/4 mile. Tenant(s) may have an outdoor grill as long as it is 15 feet from the structure; they may sit outside in a small, shared yard area. Garbage and recycling containers are available for all tenants. Positively no smoking or vaping on the premises. Pets MAY be considered depending on the type/size of the animal and references re: pet care and behaviors from a current/prior landlord, adherance to the terms of the Pet Agreement and additional fees. Pets MUST be spayed or neutered.
