This is a furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house, with ALL utilities included (water, electric, and gas) (overuse charges may apply) for $1250 per month ($1,500 for two tenants). It comes with a private yard and off-street covered parking, just off the Mountain Avenue bike path, 1.2 miles north of the University of Arizona. This guest house comes with central AC/heat, washing machine and dryer, ceiling fan, modern kitchen with garbage disposal and plenty of counter space, and a security door with deadbolt lock. The lease is month-to-month with the option for an extended lease after one year. The ideal tenant would be a quiet and clean student or professional who wants to live close enough to the university and/or downtown, but away from the noise and traffic. First and last month's rent is due at beginning of first month. $1000 deposit (refundable, minus damages/repairs) and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. No pets, sorry. This is a furnished guest house intended to be rented for 3 months to one year. However, if either the tenant and/or landlord are not satisfied with the conditions, a 30-day notice is required by either side to terminate the lease.
