This is a small country community of very kind and private folks who love the community garden if you want to partake, who appreciate the orchard and park-setting, and we are looking for a person who is chill, low impact, and just happy to be in a beautiful location. The other 4 homes are filled with folks who work daily. It is an ideal home to someone wanting to get away, but also with the safety of not being isolated in the country. Very important, first and foremost as a tenant, we are looking for no drama or party land, and no pets unless your pet is also super low impact.
