Property
Clean, but very small. A queen bed would barely fit in the master room. Teeny tiny yard that has exposed wiring and a jagged back step. If you tripped on it it would likely draw blood. Carpet and tile were nice. Sinks very dated and old. Listing states attached garage- the garage isn’t wide enough for a car, it’s more a small storage unit and the doors are wood with a small padlock that face the street and are not attached to the unit. Misleading
Management
The manager did not greet our introduce herself. She double booked the viewing which would have been fine if we were told before hand. The other prospective renter and myself each though the other was the manager. When the manager arrived she walked right past and said “you are all early” and just kept walking. No “right this way” or anything. She did not know the square footage of the unit or the rooms. She said it was too hard to keep track between the 2bed2bath and 2bed1bath units. No warmth, no knowledge. It was a large turn off of the rental. We don’t feel like she’d be willing or quick to fix any issue that would arise if we rented.
