Lease Terms / Property Rules Monthly Rent: $1,750 Security Deposit: $1,750 Lease Term: 12 months unless otherwise agreed. Utilities Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash service. Tenant is responsible for electricity and must place the electric service in their name prior to move-in. Snow Removal Tenant is responsible for snow removal from the driveway, walkways, and entry areas. Snow must be cleared within a reasonable time after snowfall to maintain safe access. Smoking Policy No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. This includes inside the unit, outside areas, and parking areas. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and any similar products. No exceptions. Trash Trash pickup occurs on Mondays. Tenant must place trash containers out for pickup and return them to the designated location after collection. Vehicle Policy All vehicles parked on the property must be insured, registered, and in working order. The following are not permitted to be stored or parked in the driveway or on the property: RVs, boats, trailers, ATVs, snow machines, or inoperable vehicles. Occupancy Only individuals listed on the lease may occupy the unit unless otherwise approved in writing by the owner. Maintenance and Care Tenant agrees to keep the property clean and in good condition and to promptly report any maintenance issues to the owner. Illegal Activity Any illegal activity on the property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the lease.
