The living room is equipped with a power reclining loveseat and 50" flat screen TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with cookware & tableware and several small appliances.
NEW front-loading washer & electric dryer conveniently located in the home (installed Oct 2025).
Internet
Internet service is provided through Astound Broadband (Wave) and is included as a part of the utilities.
Service to the home is via a remote access point for wireless connections and an ethernet hub for wired connections.
Water Supply
Water is provided by a private well on-site. If you're familiar with Whidbey Island, you'll know that hard water & iron are common problems with water here.
The owner has installed a robust & effective filtration & softening system that:
*Reduces (or eliminates) rust stains from forming on clothing, dishes (or even hair!)
*Reduces (or eliminates) sink & shower stains
*Helps soap clean better
*Reduces dry skin
