This hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest arrival.

No horses or livestock are permitted on the property or surrounding grounds. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. A maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
