Location is great. Wicker Park is home to Big Star, Piece Pizza, Etta, the Robey Hotel bars, several bookstores, and lots of other lovely neighborhood institutions. The apartment is steps away from vibrant Milwaukee Ave and directly across the street from a Jewel-Osco, Lowe's Hardware, and a USPS. But the apartment is tucked in at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's zero thru traffic and it's quiet all the time. We're also right beside a cute park with a playground and well-kept green space.
