The place provide plenty of light and relaxing environment. Fort Hill 10 minutes train ride to explore Downtown Boston, Fenway, attending a conference, visit local hospitals or previewing Colleges. No pets/smoking. Applicant must be clean, professional and friendly. Sorry no pets. Walking distance to MBTA Orange line/Green line, all major colleges: Northeastern University, Harvard Medical School, Simmons College, Wentworth, Brigham Circle and Longwood Medical Area. Current and passed housemate are professional, Grad student, Medical school student/resident. Please note this is a short term rental only available from December 1, 2025 to April 2026. The entire apartment includes 2 private bedrooms for up to 2 people. Each name must be on the short lease.
