All the windows are fitted with insulated window shades that can be raised from the bottom or lowered from the top to maximize natural heat/light. Hot water comes from an on-demand hot water heater and provides endless hot water for showers or baths. The house is pretty energy efficient and has a great use of natural heating/cooling. With the windows open there is fantastic airflow throughout the house. Proper use of the insulated shades allows for a ton of free heat through the windows during cold winters. The photos of the master show a king size bed. The apartment is NOT furnished but can be if needed. The house is pretty private, backed up against 60 acres of woods, there is plenty of nature that finds it's way into the yard. Deer and turkeys stop by daily. If you keep an eye on the woods you'll see foxes, plenty of raccoons, bobcats, etc. In the summer you can only see one neighbor. In the winter as the leaves fall off, you see a couple houses. You have your own private backyard with a firepit. Only a portion of it is fenced but the fence can be removed or extended if desired. I built this for me to live in for a few years. I've lived in plenty of cheap apartments run by slumlords. I didn't want that. Everything is nice. High end appliances, quartz counters, good construction quality, great light, and good usability.
