This is a fully furnished apartment with everything one would find in a short term rental. You could move in with nothing but a backpack and a bag of groceries. There are beds and linens, couches and chairs, laundry machines in the unit, dishes and silverware, artwork on the walls a big screen TV, Internet, central air for this unit only, all utilities paid by the landlord: gas, electric, water, trash removal. New appliances, gas range, ceiling fans, I think there is a new ironing board and iron and some puzzles and games in the closet. (It was an AirBnB $300/night). Its on the first floor with one step up. and has full security features even though at this location they are unnecessary. The Ziegler Garage (400 underground spaces heated and air conditioned and attended 24/7) is 90 feet from the front door and parking is available for a monthly fee to 3CDC believed to be $130/mo and on street Pendleton Neighborhood parking for $30/year. There are 10,000 plants and flowers across the street tended by 3CDC workers year round, and a 3 acre green space with a 1/4 mi walking track around the outside for dogs and people. The show movies one night a week on the green space. The Ziegler Pool (the best public pool in Cincinnati) is 200 feet from the front door. You can walk to Krogers or the boutique bakeries, butchers or other vendors. It is 1000 feet from the Hard Rock venue and only twice that to Music Hall and TQL Stadium. I want a 12 month tenant but as you can see from the special offer I will take a 3 month tenant or a six month tenant for an increased fee. A 3 month lease is almost certain to carry a 1-2 month transition vacancy so the offer is a substantial discount if one realizes that a 3 month lease is 3 months rent paid for a 4-5 months rental period for the landlord.
