Long term tenants must obtain vehicle stickers from our property manager during Mon-Fri during business hours. Instructions will be given upon check in. A small boat is allowed on our community floating dock with use of ramp. Rules and instructions must be obtained from H.O.A.

1 month security deposit and 1st month rent in advance. Security deposit will be returned upon inspection on departure. If amenity keys or parking stickers or mailbox keys are not returned there will be a fee of $25 for each occurrence.
*Departure cleaning fee $350 for long term tenants, short term based on length of stay.
*Guest to present a current credit report before acceptance of rental
*No pets or smokers allowed.
