There is also a gas grill, outdoor furniture, and watercraft including 4 single kayaks, a canoe, and one paddle board. Remember to bring your own life jackets. Dock and mooring are available. Located on a level lot with a short retaining wall at the shore, this home has a nice sandy beach with a sand bar and open water beyond. The size of the beach depends on the level of the lake. The Sandbar can get busy with boat traffic, more so on the weekends. Occupancy is limited to 12 guests, with a limit of 4 cars and 4 occasional day guests. Pets are not allowed. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
