The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Roku-enabled TV with Hulu Live, his and hers closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bonus room offers a twin bunk bed, a Roku-enabled TV with Hulu Live, and a full-sized washer and dryer with direct access to the back deck. Upstairs, the living room features tall ceilings, a comfortable sectional couch, and a large Roku-enabled TV with Hulu Live. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The last bedroom has a queen bed, a Roku-enabled TV with Hulu Live, and closet space, with a full bathroom right outside the bedroom. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. This apartment is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee. A dock is available for one boat up to 14ft max. Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, truck, car). Located next to beach access, water access, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this townhome is centrally located in Destin. It's just a short 5-minute walk to Norriego Rd, a mile stroll to O'Steen Beach Access, or a mile walk to Norriego Point. You'll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything in town is easily accessed by car, and there are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time during your stay. RVs, box trucks, and watercraft on trailers are not permitted at any time. Only house-trained pets are permitted, and if planned to be left unattended, they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA-compliant service animal requirements. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
