The apartment is ideally located just a few blocks from the beach and a short bike ride to all the trendy stores, restaurants, and coffee shops lining the streets of Encinitas. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For security and safety reasons, unregistered guests are not permitted on the property at any time. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, and a penalty of US$ 200 will be charged for any violation of this policy. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. No extra guests are allowed, and all guests must have prior authorization. Please maintain the property orderly and clean. Please lock all doors and windows on your way out. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only, and any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is no daily housekeeping service. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling bins located at the side of the driveway. There is no access to the main house next door.
