Oceanfront, the home sits on a living aquarium where you will routinely see a myriad of fish, sea mammals, and water birds. Amazing 180 degree water and island views from the living room, master bedroom, shower, and outside deck. Spellbinding views of Tavernier Key and the Atlantic Ocean, the home sits on a stunning bonefish flat. Florida Bay and Everglades National Park are only minutes away though Tavernier Creek, which is less than two miles from the dock. The interior is an elegant Keys style. In Hemingway's style, gorgeous mahogany and cane furniture is combined with fine leather seating areas and marble. With an amazing ocean view, the living room's Italian leather sofa, loveseat, and chair provide an inviting and comfortable place to recap the day. The Italian dining room offers an over-sized marble table seating eight. Walk through the 8 foot sliding glass doors onto to a large deck. The oceanfront master bedroom suite is complete with a walk in tile shower. Lie on the king-size pillow top mattress while gazing at the ocean and Tavernier Key. With the 2 other bedrooms, accommodations upstairs can be provided for up to six guests. The fully-equipped Keys Cottage style kitchen with wrap-around tile counter includes everything necessary, with a four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and refrigerator. Outside is seating for six overlooking the ocean, dimmable lighting to set the mood, and a four burner propane gas grill for outdoor cooking. A loveseat with side table is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, overlooking the ocean. The home also includes an over-sized 47 gallon water heater, as well as a large washer and dryer and an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. Superb for boaters, as there is a 63' dock, shore power, lights, water, fish cleaning station, mooring whips, electricity, and a retractable aluminum dock ladder. A hot and cold water outdoor shower provides a delightful rinse off after snorkeling or fishing. A remote control boat lift is also possible. Comes Furnished. Families only. Available September 1.
