This unique apartment is in an historic building in Burlington located between the University and the downtown. The apartment is on the third floor in the former attic space of a nineteenth century Victorian. It is a 2+ bedroom apartment with hardwood floors and skylights. There is ground level access to basement storage for bikes. The residents of the building are responsible and respectful. The rent includes heat, hot water, water, parking (one car), trash removal, and laundry. Availability will be 9/1/20. Since this is an attic apartment, there are some slanted ceilings which can impact taller folks. Not your typical rental property owner; my philosophy is to treat every one the way they wished to be treated and to expect the same in return. Please write with any questions.
