This 5 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms is a duplex (2 bedroom upstairs & 3 bedroom downstairs) that has been completely renovated and includes on site parking (no need to pay for a school parking pass, just walk or ride your bike). This can be rented as one larger home (either a 5 bedroom or a 4 bedroom + dining/office) or as two separate smaller rentals (2 bedroom upstairs, 3 bedroom downstairs with separate living rooms & kitchens). This is a one year lease beginning Friday, May 15th. All rooms will have an individual lease agreement (instead of one lease for the entire house) and we do require a parent co-signer for students. The price per room is $1,000 when rented as a 5 bedroom. You MUST apply with your roommates (we won't place you with strangers). Application fee is $50/person. One time deposit of $1,000/person. There are two full kitchens and two washer dryers, so if you rent the entire house you'll have two of everything (great for large groups).
