Property was newly renovated before current tenant. Pictures of unit are of another similar unit down the street because pictures weren't taken prior to current tenant moving in. New floors, doors, trim, tile tub surround, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer are also included with unit and are located in the basement. Each unit in the building has their own washer/dryer. This is the 2nd floor unit in a 3-unit building with a single tenant on the first floor and on the third floor. Unit comes with 1 space in the garage at the back of the property (garage door does not close so it's more of a carport). Landlord takes care of lawncare and snow plowing. This unit has boiler heating which is cleaner for air quality as well as more heating efficient but because of the boiler it is not equipped with central air so tenant will need to provide their own window/floor units in the summertime. PLEASE NOTE: Pictures are not of unit, they are of unit on the same block that was finished around the same time. This unit is very similar but we don't have photos of unit when it was finished. Unit has only had 1 tenant post-renovation. No smoking allowed. All utilities are seperated in the building and tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water/sewer/trash.
