Our view is from the 14th floor so you see the Pacific as well as the grass and palm trees of Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island and the gorgeous landscaping of the Prince Hotel. And most importantly NO ONE can look in. The windows and lanai are entirely private. Most important to us is an excellent credit score, minimum 720 but preferably higher There are two bedrooms, the front ocean-side bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has been set up as an office with a view of the yacht harbor, Ala Moana Park, Ala Moana Center and Honolulu, over the Ala Wai Canal. It has a double Murphy bed to accommodate guests. The condo has an open floor plan with a lanai, spectacular views in every room. Pull down metal lanai blinds to adjust when the sun is blazing. The condo comes with everything you will need for a stay in Hawaii. Bedrooms close off from living area with traditional shoji screen doors. The living room has a wall mounted 50" Samsung smart TV. High definition cable and fiberoptic WiFi are included. There is also a piano, a sofa and a lounge chair for reading. This is a beautiful condo. There is a window AC and fans, as well as Hawaii's famous trade winds. One assigned parking in the garage. This is a quiet residential building, (only 14 stories) with only owners or long-term tenants. There is a modest pool and barbecue, and world famous beaches are just across the street to the right and left. Because of the setting across from the yacht harbor, there is always something to watch from the lanai! Sailboats from two yacht clubs, outrigger canoes, surfers, cruise ships, tugboats, barges, container ships, people strolling along Ala Moana Boulevard, airplanes and Waikiki's famous sunsets. And sometimes in winter, whales! Bring your binoculars! And you'll have a front row seat on your lanai for Hilton's Friday Night Fireworks. The condo is on the 14th floor, the top floor corner, so you look out at the spectacular view right in front of you. This is a great Waikiki location for commuting, for shopping, beach-going, jogging, night life. Perfect for work-from-home. Kitchen features granite counters and top of the line stainless appliances: Bosch refrigerator with ice maker, 5-burner glass-top electric range, double drawer dishwasher, microwave, and a laundry center washer and dryer. This is a very clean unit. Excellent credit required. Minimum 3-month lease to comply with Honolulu's new requirement for minimum 90-night leases.. Tenant pays 4.5% excise tax on the rent. No resort fee, no parking fees. All utilities and services are included except Tenant pays electric charges that exceed $100 a month. Garage parking for one car included. Lease must end by 12/31/2025 as a new tenant will be arriving January 1, 2026 This is a fabulous place to enjoy your stay in Hawaii! Rent includes all utilities and services, except Tenant pays any electricity charges that exceed the first $100 of the monthly bill. Tenant pays excise tax of 4.5%; no resort fee. Garage parking included, no parking fee. Security deposit is one month's rent. Excellent credit is essential, $25 per person fee for credit check. Lease must be three months or longer, but end date will be no later than 12/31/25. This is a no-smoking building and unit, including lanai and outside areas.
