Unit 1 includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and Unit 2 has a bedroom and half bath on the first floor and a bedroom and full bath on the second.
This house has spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and, despite many updates, shows its age in various ways. Laundry is located in the basement, which is open to both units in the duplex. Sound machines are available in each bedroom. If you're a light sleeper, please plan ahead and bring eye masks and/or ear plugs.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street.

Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. No indoor smoking is permitted, and there is a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free.
