    We are an affordable, small, vintage apartment community located in a popular Capitol Hill neighborhood within walking distance to boutiques, trendy restaurants, night life, cultural events, yoga studios and open space at Cal Anderson Park. You will enjoy the high ceilings with energy efficient vinyl windows for lots of natural light and ceiling fans for indoor climate control. The natural beauty of the restored original hardwood floors and the original claw foot bathtub are a reminder of a bygone era. The open kitchen/living room floor plan features a breakfast bar with dining space and newer stainless fridge and gas cooking range with porcelain tile floors in the kitchen. There are many public transportation options close by. If you have a vehicle, there is street parking with a zoned parking permit or choose from many nearby private parking options. FREE water, sewer and garbage. Resident is responsible for gas, electric, cable/internet and the on-site electronic payment laundry facilities at the ground floor level. We offer a 12 month term lease wIth option for an extension. We require a credit score 700 or above, monthly income 3x the rent in gross wages and positive previous rental history. We do not accept co-signers. The non refundable screening fee is $45 per person(s)18 and over. We do not accept a reusable tenant screening report. No applications will be accepted until all prospective Resident(s) have viewed the property "in person". The $1650 first month rent is due and payable at lease signing and the $900 refundable security deposit is payable after the move in property condition report is completed. We are a no smoking/vaping and no pet apartment community.
