There are many public transportation options close by. If you have a vehicle, there is street parking with a zoned parking permit or choose from many nearby private parking options. FREE water, sewer and garbage. Resident is responsible for gas, electric, cable/internet and the on-site electronic payment laundry facilities at the ground floor level. We offer a 12 month term lease wIth option for an extension. We require a credit score 700 or above, monthly income 3x the rent in gross wages and positive previous rental history. We do not accept co-signers. The non refundable screening fee is $45 per person(s)18 and over. We do not accept a reusable tenant screening report. No applications will be accepted until all prospective Resident(s) have viewed the property "in person". The $1650 first month rent is due and payable at lease signing and the $900 refundable security deposit is payable after the move in property condition report is completed. We are a no smoking/vaping and no pet apartment community.
