Our apartments are located two blocks from the University of California, Berkeley (Cal) campus and are always freshly painted and white-glove clean. Flooring: Antique oak laminate is used primarily throughout, and tile flooring is used in the kitchen and bathroom. Windows: Large southern exposure windows with plantation-style blinds and accordion-style blinds as window coverings. Two Closets: a large walk-in closet and a linen closet. Eat in Kitchen and Appliances: The updated kitchen includes a Refrigerator with a Top Freezer, a Self-Cleaning Gas Range, an over-the-range Microwave, a Dishwasher, and a Garbage Disposal. There is plenty of cabinetry storage and room for a small table and a couple of chairs. Lighting: We include energy-efficient ceiling and wall lighting throughout. The main room of this studio also has a ceiling fan. Utilities: Water, garbage/recycling, and radiator heat are included with the rent. The resident must only pay electricity and natural gas for the gas range, internet, and cable TV (if desired). Parking: Permitted street parking only. Renters' Insurance is required. Pets: We are also open to an indoor-only cat. It is available for a one-year or shorter lease period, which may be negotiable. We pay for garbage, water, and heat.
