This home is close to local attractions, dining, and shopping, offering the best of both convenience and tranquility. There are two cameras on the property located outside for guest security: one at the entrance of the front door and the other facing the driveway and street. Locks on the gates are not permitted. Additional fees will apply for the following: $250 for smoking indoors, vomit/bodily fluid or waste, or illegal drug paraphernalia; $200 for glitter or confetti or unauthorized pets (per pet); $50 for dirty dishes; and $20 per missing towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Drug paraphernalia will result in a $300 fee, bodily fluid or waste will result in a $300 fee, glitter or confetti will result in a $250 fee, smoking will result in a $250 fee, and unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, additional street parking is available.
