Showing with the current tenant still in place starting on May 25th. $750 Security deposit $900/mo. $500/mo. utility fee Studio is an addition to the main home, with private patio area. *Option for Month to Month at a premium. (+$100) *option to furnish with basic living essentials (+200/mo) Will consider discount for longer lease/right situation. Unique situation - owner willing to work with options. Discounts may be discussed in exchange for pool, yard, home and pet assistance. The six month minimum lease. Month to month lease is available for an additional $200 a month fee. There is a small outdoor storage unit for use that comes with the space. Occupant is responsible for securing all items inside. Homeowner lives on site at the property In the main home. Fair use of the pool is available. The Pool may be unavailable to the tenant during certain times and that schedule will be discussed upon agreement of lease. Tenant is responsible for the patio area and maintaining its basic overall cleanliness. No outside storage is allowed in the patio area. Landlord reserves that right to access the space with 24 hour notice (upon tenant approval). Rent is separate from utilities which are all inclusive at $500 - water, and electricity are expected to be used in a reasonable manner. Pay for 6 months in advance - receive 1 month free. (up to one year) No refunds.
