This rental offers 1Queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second bedrooms, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom as well as the loft bedroom. IMPORTANT VERIFY BEFORE YOU BOOK: CooperWynn Property Management is the sole authorized property management company for Park Avenue #251-1769. Parking: One vehicle under the attached carport and one vehicle can park directly behind the vehicle in the carport. Street parking is prohibited. Minimum 1 month lease. The owner may consider allowing one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the summer and fall seasons with prior approval.
