Apartment has been completely renovated from refinished floors, to new paint on the walls, ceilings, and trim. All new vinyl windows and an updated kitchen. (pictures will be updated to reflect the new windows and kitchen cabinets by the end of the week). The unit has three bedrooms and two large common area spaces. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cabinet space. There are laundry hookups for a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The heat for this unit is an oil furnace that heats the unit with forced hot water. Renter is responsible for heat, hot water, trash removal, and electricity. Landlord is responsible for cold water and snow removal. Each unit will get at least one off street parking spot.
