This expansive property is comprised of two semi-attached buildings: the Main House and a Casita, along with a full Game Room and Outdoor Kitchen, all connected by a 1500 sq ft covered patio. The Main House boasts a spacious living room, dining area, and a massive kitchen island, all with ample seating. All bedrooms feature their own private attached full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. The Casita offers additional guest quarters with multiple queen beds and bunk beds. The Game Room is equipped with a golf simulator, arcade games, and a poker table. The Outdoor Kitchen includes a margarita machine, fridge, sink, microwave, and TV. Paid access to the heated pool is available. Pets are allowed outdoors only, without a fee, but require guests to bring their own kennel and keep pets leashed at all times. A fee of $50 per person over 16 guests will be applied after booking. Parking is limited to a maximum of 8 cars in the driveway; no overflow parking is permitted.
