The neighborhood is very quiet at night. We are very close to Fiddleheads Coffee, Starbucks, Metro Market, Walgreen's and several intimate dining locations, such as Cloud Red. We are just around the corner from a major bus line. The owner's son lives on the property and handles repairs. The building manager is also on site to handle yardwork and building cleaning. Owner pays for heat and water. The resident is responsible for gas/ electric and setting up a street parking permit through the village at $40 per month. After one year the lease then goes month to month. There's no moving in or out from November through February. A 60 day written notice is required when moving out.
