This estate home features hardwood floors, a large family room with a smart TV, and a spacious dining room with seating for 10. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with seating for 4, an additional sink, and a coffee station with a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the cozy seating in the hearth room with beautiful backyard views, or relax in the library/study with stunning wood paneling from a 16th-century Scottish castle and a desk with a computer monitor. The finished basement retreat offers additional living space with a smart TV, a second kitchen, and a full bathroom with an extra-large jacuzzi tub. There is also a first-floor full bath, half bath, and laundry room for added convenience. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $60, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The outdoor oasis features over 1,000 sqft paver patio/terrace overlooking a private backyard and nature retreat. Multiple sliding glass doors provide easy indoor-outdoor access. Outdoor furniture is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. A fire pit and gas grill are ideal for outdoor gatherings. Keep noise to a minimum outside between 10pm and 8am, as excessive noise levels will incur a $500 fine. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and a penalty of $5000 for each instance of a party or disruptive gathering. No pets are permitted.
