Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and the living room has a convertible sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a toilet and tub/shower combo. There are about 5 steps to take you to the front door of the unit (standard for English Basements in DC). There is private parking behind the building for $20/car/night or $250/car/month.
