On the 3rd floor is the priviate studio with a private bedroom, bathroom, seating area, mini-fridge, and microwave included. This room will also have a parking spot available on property. Suite 6 is 120 sq ft with 240 sq ft living area and a private bath. All rooms require one-months rent with a one-month security deposit to sign the lease. Rooms are rented on a month-to-month basis with a minimum 60-day notice to vacate. Background checks for Credit, Criminal, and Eviction reports are required. The tenant will cover the cost of these reports. All utilities are included, central air-conditioning and heating, 2 washers and 2 dryers provided for onsite laundry, and high-speed internet. Electronic locks for access to the property, individual rooms have key locks and multiple security cameras monitor the exterior perimeter of the property. All rooms are furnished with a new bedframe, mattress, wardrobe or dresser, blackout shades, stand/sit desk and chair. We will always replace the mattress with each new tenant. Tenants do have the opportunity to take the mattress from their rented room with them when they leave. Parking, with the exception of the studio, tenants will park on the street in the area.
