A real cute two bedroom cabin with a real fireplace, full kitchen and a nice setting. The interior is mostly not a pine and is very warm and cozy. Refrigerator and stove included floors are hardwood. The Cabin faces north with a nice view of the mountains. The setting is in the Vallecito Lake Valley one of the most beautiful areas in all of North America. The cabin itself is approximately one mile northe of the lake. There is an intermittent stream that runs by the cabin. There's a very large backyard and this is part of an overall cabin complex that has an additional 15 cabins in it. The overall land is approximately 3 1/2 acres, and our residents are also allowed to use several different pieces of property that I own that are very close by, one of which is up in the mountains and a great place to take a picnic. The other one has a large pond on it, is 40 acres and basically it's right across the street from this property. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. You can park your vehicle is right by the cabin and in case you got a large trailer or something we've also got a large parking lot. You can park that as well. By the way, the fishing and hunting at the lake and in the valley and the mountains is fairly tremendous. We have a lot of wildlife, mostly dear, but you'll see ducks and geese raccoons occasionally and elk, especially in the mountains and if you're lucky, you might see a moose. We asked for first and last month's rent plus $1000 security deposit. We can sometimes work with people that haven't gotten all of that at one time. We charge $250 a month extra which includes your electric, water and use of the large trash container. There's also a possibility that you might be able to do lease to own for the entire duplex. which, of course, if you did that, you would be a landlord yourself renting out the other half of the duplex.
