We prefer self-contained units and we do have a dump disposal but you can utilize for your waste. Propane is also available.. The space that we have allocated for this use could handle two RVs or possibly too small mobile homes. We are considering a long term or short term leases priced between $500 and $750 per month. You would be responsible for keeping the premises around your RV or mobile in an uncluttered condition. It may be possible to rent or have a storage building of your own. Utilities Electric, Water and Trash Container will be furnished in addition to the rent for $250, you will be responsible for your propane. It might be possible to do a lease to own regarding the mobile home space, which would be about 1/4 acre, In that regard, we offer pretty generous terms with a low down payment. The property itself is located as part of the Silver Streams Lodge, which is located on the corner of County Road 500 and County Road 501 which has several log cabins and all of the buildings have red roofs you can't miss it. The Vallecito Lake Valley is one of the most beautiful places in all of North America. There is lots of outdoor recreation available summer and winter. We welcome your visit. If you rent month-to-month, the rent will be $750 plus utilities. You pay your own propane if you rent for 12 months or more then the rent would be $500 per month. As this is a vacant lot property you could also have a lease to own if you are interested we can discuss that. You could build a house or maybe even 4 plex on that land. We are in the heart of the Vallecito Valley Lake area. We occasionally have cabins available so if you decided that you wanted a regular home space we could work something out. There are a lot of very nice neighbors in this immediate area and I still own nine cabins out of an original 15. All cabins can possibly be purchased on a lease to own basis or for cash.
