The ~500sqft 1-bedroom unit is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers. There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. AC during the warmer months will be installed as a floor AC that vents through the window. There is a laundromat right next door to this building. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security will be summoned, and police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out we will charge an additional $100 deep clean fee.
