Tenant Qualifications and Items to be submitted for Board of Directors' Approval Minimum annual income of $56,000 for a one-bedroom unit. Minimum annual income of $68,500 for a two-bedroom unit. All income verification must be notarized/corporate seal on corporate letterhead. Letter must include position, hourly rate, annual rate and length of employment with company. If any of the employment requirements are not met the potential tenant can be placed on a waiting list until all requirements have been satisfied and approved by the Board.
