Really wonderful place to live, in a small community population 3800 which has its own police force, so almost no crime. This is a very nice unit, with bonus office area, which has also been used for an extra bedroom. Cute kitchen living room combo and nice spacious layout. There is a good amount of closet space, and it is an end unit. Laundry facilities on premises. No smoking anything in the unit. VERY FIRE SAFE BUILDING. Has complete fire sprinkler system throughout the building. Metal roof and stucco siding. Three fire stations nearby and air attack is only 5 minutes air-time away. Newer apartment building, nice neighborhood, wonderful town. This unit has beautiful laminate flooring throughout. Fenced yard, and there is a dog play area across from the unit. We need to arrange tour with current tenant, so that could take a couple of days. I can't seem to get Zillow's tour date to work right, but I should be able to show it one day this weekend. Application reviewed for free. If everything is good then background check is done and the cost is $38, if the background check is approved, then we can proceed forward. Security deposit is $1425, we do not charge a pet deposit. One pet ok, two maybe. Pet rent is $25 a month. Occupancy limit is two which is what the plumbing system was set up for. Very nice neighbors, small 11 unit complex. Walk to stores, restaurants and swim center. In town but next to acreage. Beautiful horses across the street! Landlord pays water & sewer (that cost us $100 a unit a month) and we pay garbage.
