THIS IS AN EXTRA LARGE ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH UNIT. Uptown Village is a wonderful place to live in the nice City of Angels (also called Angels Camp). Walk to Starbuck or the Bret Hart Swim Center. This unit has an extra large bedroom with a walk-in closet, fenced yard, and is an energy efficient unit. The kitchen is small and only has a 2 burner stove. Most tenants also use their own air fryer,, microwave and toaster oven. It does have a double sink. The floors are a marble pattern linoleum; we put them in specifically for a tenant with pets. Landlord pays water sewer and garbage which is a $140 savings. Tenant only pays PGE. It is set up to have pets, but only two allowed. No smoking anything in the building. Tenants must be respectful to the neighbors. Its a small complex only 11 one bedroom units. NOTE: we require tenants to use our application, and there is NO CHARGE TO REVIEW IT. It all looks good, then tenant pays for the background check fee is $39. Occupancy is limited to two. 3 month lease then converts to month to month, after one year tenant fall under state rent control rules. Zillow doesn't have a 3 month check box, so we had to put one month, but we require three months.
