Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2022 with new floor replaced in master bath in 2024. New dishwasher (2023) in the kitchen and shared free laundry in the basement (shared with downstairs tenants who are a young couple without kids, new washer/dryer in 2022). Lots of options for storage in the finished basement as well. New trex deck (2025) and entire outside of the house repainted (2025).
No pets. No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs allowed on the premises (for you or your guests).
Background check through Zillow which will be refunded if you move in. First month's rent plus deposit of $1500 to move in (deposit can be paid over time if necessary).
Of note, street parking only as the garage is part of the downstairs tenants rent/use. Yard landscaping paid for by the landlord with plenty of gardening space available!
Unit availability is flexible. The current tenant is on a year lease but considering moving if we are able to find a new tenant. Looking for a low noise tenant if possible to respect the downstairs tenant's noise level.
