Nestled in the small, rural town of Garfield, this home provides direct access to Beaver Lake. The house is located off a steep gravel road, so a 4-wheel drive is recommended for ease of access. The driveway is steep, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Lake access is available by going down the stairs to the shoreline, but dock access is strictly prohibited to ensure safety and avoid property violations. Fires in the fire pits should be kept small, and lighting fires during July or August is discouraged. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties, disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
