This is a sweet little retro unit in a gorgeous 1903 converted hotel building! We've maintained many of the vintage features including hardware, lighting and cast-iron sinks! We're conveniently located across from Angel of the Winds Arena and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, events and the Everett Sunday Market! We have a small wait list for our rentable parking spaces and we have two coin-op washers and dryers in the building. Utilities are not included and pets aren't allowed (although please reach out for exceptions!). Pets not included, but please ask about exceptions! Move in costs include: $300 nonrefundable admin fee, $500 refundable security deposit, $45 application fee per applicant and prorated rent.
