Please note: This is a shared property with two other houses on it. One of them is a cottage that I live in with my very friendly black lab Rio (more about me below), and the other a beautiful renovated barn occupied by a couple and two dogs. You will have sole access to your own stone patio and covered wood burning pile, spacious sunning deck and a fenced in front yard. In addition, the other houses are set far enough apart that you will still maintain a feeling of privacy. This property is great for someone who enjoys the quiet life and wants to experience the country while still having warm, friendly neighbors nearby. About me: I am a 40/male originally from the SF Bay Area. My background is in music and documentary film but I love all the arts!
