We include power and water, lawncare and trash removal in this price. Pets are allowed however we do require a mandatory cleaning fee of 200 per pet up front and 50 per month per pet as well. This may seem high unfortunately we have been burned in the past by pet owners so we have no option but to charge for pets to cover any additional damages the pet may cause.
