A background and credit check will be performed with the application. The association charges $150 background check per person to ensure the quality of the residents are high. Pet fee also one-time $50 charged by association. This can take up to 2 weeks. Non-refundable pet deposit $250 for first pet, $150 for second pet. Pets must be approved by association, no aggressive breeds. $20 additional monthly fee per pet.
