Pet Policy: There is a $300.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee PER Pet and a maximum of 2 pet standards. Some properties will require a monthly pet fee.
We DO NOT allow aggressive pets to reside in our homes including Pit Bulls, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Presa Canarious, Wolf Hybrids, ANY mix of these breeds or ANY vicious pet; regardless of size.
$75 Non-Refundable Application Fee (anyone age 18 years or older who plans on residing at the property does need to submit an application)
