Apartments feature brand-new appliances, fixtures, and finishes, along with individual heating and air-conditioning mini-split systems in each room. Please note that some common-area construction may still be underway. The property includes an on-site Property Manager, on-site maintenance staff, and 24-hour emergency maintenance services.
